(CAPITOL CITY NOW) –  A Taylorville man is being held in the Christian County Jail pending his first court appearance after being arrested for dissemination and possession of child pornography. Phillip R. Windell was arrested Thursday by Illinois State Police agents and Taylorville Police Department officers after a search of the 61-year-old’s home. The arrest followed a nearly month-long investigation by ISP agents assigned by the Office of the Illinois Attorney General Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.
