Meet Noodle — APL Cat of the Week

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Noodle is a 2-year-old black cat with sleek fur, soulful eyes, and a heart of gold. He might be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time—and maybe a cozy spot to curl up in—and you’ll discover just how affectionate he really is.

Once Noodle feels safe, he turns into a total lovebug. Head bumps, purring, and quiet companionship are his specialties. He’s the kind of cat who just wants to be near you, soaking in all the gentle affection he can get.

Noodle is currently on a special urinary diet to keep him feeling his best, and he’s doing great with it!

If you’re looking for a calm, sweet companion with movie-star looks and a tender heart, Noodle might just be your guy. Come meet him at the Animal Protective League, located at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. We are open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
