Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) – Are you looking for a mature friend who is young at heart? We have just the guy for you.

Marty is an 8 year old beagle mix dog who came to SCAC at the end of August due to a confiscation. Like most beagles, Marty is a happy, fun-loving guy. He loves to take walks and sniff to take in the world around him. After an energetic walk he’s ready to hang out with his best friend for love and pets. Marty is available for foster, foster to adopt, and adoption.

FOR A LIMITED TIME, THE ADOPTION FEE ON ALL ANIMALS IS $25! If you’re looking for a new friend to snuggle when the weather cools down, it’s the perfect time to adopt. Please come out to Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center to meet Marty and all the other adoptable pets. Shelter hours are Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 and Saturday 9:00-1:00.
