Meet Eleven — APL Dog of the Week

Springfield, IL (CAPITOL CITY NOW) –  Eleven is a beautiful 3-year-old brindle pit with a gentle heart and a deep love for her people. She’s a truly sweet girl who thrives on companionship and enjoys being close to those she trusts. One of her favorite things is going on walks, where she gets to explore the world alongside her favorite humans.

Eleven does have a history of separation anxiety and is currently on medication to help her feel her best. For this reason, it’s important that her future family is established with a veterinarian to continue monitoring her care and ensure she receives the proper treatment and support she needs.

With patience, consistency, and lots of love, Eleven will reward you with unwavering affection and companionship. She’s a lovely girl who would make a devoted and rewarding companion in the right home.

Come meet this sweetheart at the Animal Protective League, located at 1001 Taintor Road in Springfield. We are open every day from noon to 5 p.m.
